Incorporated in 1968, DeKalb Tool & Die, Inc. specializes in the design, construction, and repair of a wide range of metalworking tools. Whether your tool and die or metal stamping needs require progressive dies, transfer dies, draw dies or single hit tooling we have the experience and equipment necessary to meet your tooling needs. From CAD design by our engineering staff to delivery of a critical tooling requirement on one of our Dekalb Tool and Die company trucks, we are ready to provide complete tooling service.
In addition to our tool and die design and build capabilities, we have proven ourselves to be a competitive and reliable source for quality metal stampings. Mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, and double action presses from 60 to 1800 tons and coil feed capability up to 60″ wide, allows Dekalb Tool & Die the versatility to produce a wide range of stamped metal parts.
